This website has been deisgned to assist parents, teachers and students by providing links to practical, online activities in the curriculum area of reading. Included in the site are resources to aide professional development in the teaching of reading, digital stories that have been selected and placed in age-appropriate areas, and online spelling activities.
It is hoped that this website will be used to:
• improve the quality of reading instruction,
• disseminate research and information about reading,
• encourage the lifetime reading habit.
